For HOAs & property managers

One community, one post, competing bids

Board members and property managers spend hours chasing three quotes for a single dead oak. Post the work once and let local tree services bid for it instead. Free to post, and you only pay the winning bid after the work is signed off.

How it works

  1. Describe the work once

Common-area removals, storm cleanup, a line of overgrown limbs along a walkway — add photos and the access details a crew needs to price it.

  2. Local crews bid on it

Tree services whose service area covers your community submit competitive quotes. You see the bids side by side and pick.

  3. Payment sits in escrow

Funds are held until the work is done and your board signs off. Nothing is released before that.

Straight answers before you ask

What does it cost the association?
Nothing to post and nothing to compare bids. The contractor pays a commission only when they win the job — never a fee per lead.
Who is allowed to bid?
Any registered contractor can submit a bid. Before you can award and pay, that business has to be verified with a connected payout account — you can see each one's status on their profile before you choose.
Where do you operate?
The Washington, DC metropolitan area. We are early and deliberately narrow — if your community is outside it, say so below and we will tell you honestly whether we can help rather than take the post and leave it unanswered.
Can we get one contact for everything?
Yes. Send the form and Ross will call you directly — at this size you get the founder, not a queue.

Tell us about your community

No account needed. This goes straight to Ross.

We use this to get back to you about tree work. No list, no drip, no sharing it on.
