    Tree services whose service area covers your community submit competitive quotes. You see the bids side by side and pick.

  3. Payment sits in escrow

    Your payment goes into escrow when you award. The crew is paid when your board confirms the work, or automatically 7 days after they mark it complete unless you open a dispute.

What does it cost the association?
Nothing to post and nothing to compare bids. The contractor pays a commission only when they win the job — never a fee per lead.
Who is allowed to bid?
Any registered contractor can submit a bid. Before you can award and pay, that business has to be verified with a connected payout account — you can see each one's status on their profile before you choose.
Where do you operate?
The Washington, DC metropolitan area. We are early and deliberately narrow — if your community is outside it, say so below and we will tell you honestly whether we can help rather than take the post and leave it unanswered.
